This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct personalized product demonstrations that align Glia’s Banking AI and Digital Customer Service features with the needs and objectives of potential clients.
• Facilitate technical discovery discussions regarding prospects’ business workflows, contact center frameworks, and technical specifications.
• Aid in the development of proofs of concept, technical validation, and integration strategies.
• Oversee technical submissions for RFPs, RFIs, and security/compliance questionnaires.
• Create and enhance technical demo environments, applets, and practical examples.
• Address technical inquiries, payload configurations, and integration obstacles.
• Produce reusable demo materials, integration applets, technical documentation, and improvements to internal processes.
• Collaborate with teams in Sales, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success.
• Enhance expertise in sales engineering methodologies, discovery techniques, presentation abilities, and enterprise software sales.
• Utilize customer narratives, case studies, and sales tools throughout the sales cycle.
• Foster relationships with prospects to cultivate a thoughtful and consultative customer experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing position such as implementation engineering, technical consulting, solutions consulting, professional services, application support, customer engineering, or sales engineering.
• Practical coding experience and proficiency in building or modifying functional examples using JavaScript and HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, integrations, authentication, payloads, error management, or technical troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in creating technical materials such as automation scripts, integration applets, serverless functions, lightweight services, or proofs of concept.
• Excellent communication skills, encompassing the ability to ask insightful questions, clarify technical concepts, and relate them to client needs and business objectives.
• A spirit of curiosity, willingness to learn, and a desire to enhance sales engineering, demonstration, and customer-facing skills.
• Capability to collaborate effectively and seek assistance when dealing with unfamiliar or complex technical challenges.
• Experience with or support of B2B SaaS products, preferably in sales, service, customer experience, or workflow contexts.
