This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.
• Take charge of the comprehensive implementation of our SDR onboarding program, overseeing several concurrent cohorts at various stages of their ramp-up period without losing focus.
• Develop essential cold-calling, emailing, objection-handling, and qualification skills for SDRs, enabling them to consistently schedule high-quality meetings.
• Effectively manage multiple enablement projects simultaneously, ensuring that timelines for playbooks, campaigns, and tools are met without a hitch.
• Create, update, and deliver playbooks, talk tracks, sequence templates, and workflow guides that reinforce best practices for both outbound and inbound strategies.
• Educate the team on optimizing efficiency within our SDR technology stack (e.g., Salesforce, Nooks, ZoomInfo) and monitor compliance with usage.
• Utilize data, scorecards, and LMS metrics to assess onboarding ramp times and pinpoint areas for continuous learning and program enhancement.
• Conduct engaging, well-structured group sessions, call blitzes, and roleplay workshops that generate pipeline-building momentum.
• BA/BS degree and 1–2 years of experience in sales enablement, as a high-performing SDR/BDR, or in a project management role within a B2B SaaS go-to-market environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects or cohorts simultaneously with minimal oversight.
• Familiarity with contemporary inbound/outbound sales techniques, sequencing strategies, cold calling, and pipeline generation.
• Quick learner capable of navigating and instructing others on tools such as CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platforms, and Conversational Intelligence.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; adept at commanding a room, coaching competitive individuals, and leading high-energy workshops.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume setting where priorities can shift rapidly and execution speed is a competitive edge.
• A proactive problem-solver with a strong inclination towards action, execution, and achieving clarity amid ambiguity.
• Knowledgeable in optimizing training for adult learners, ensuring that onboarding is interactive, practical, and focused on execution rather than just theory.
