• You will play a crucial role in our sales engine by generating and qualifying top-quality leads for our Account Executives in the Middle East and Africa.
• Through proactive outreach, including cold calling, you will engage potential customers and create new business opportunities.
• While the phone serves as your main tool, you will utilize various channels to connect, qualify, and build a robust pipeline.
• You will then transition strong opportunities to Account Executives, directly contributing to revenue growth.
• Qualify and develop outbound sales leads, as well as respond to product inquiries.
• Conduct ongoing research to discover new leads, acquire contact information, and initiate targeted campaigns.
• Follow up on all leads generated by marketing and convert initial interest into sales-accepted leads.
• Effectively communicate a sales pitch to secure meetings for our Sales teams to promote Rapid7 and its key services.
• Accurately track communications with current and prospective customers in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with top-performing Account Executives to identify and target prospect accounts for pipeline development.
• Meet quarterly targets, including quotas for qualified leads and meetings.
• Demonstrated success in customer-facing or sales roles, with a strong passion for delivering value and achieving results.
• Excellent communication skills and active listening ability, capable of influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Commercially driven, focused on generating revenue through customer growth, retention, and expansion.
• Highly collaborative, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering teams to advance opportunities.
• Shows strong accountability, taking ownership of the pipeline, targets, and customer outcomes.
• Resilient and adaptable, able to overcome objections and navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Tenacious and competitive, with a proven track record of thriving in target-driven roles.

• Fluent in English and Arabic; proficiency in French is a plus.
