This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Generate and qualify outbound sales leads through proactive outreach methods, including cold calling.
• Perform ongoing research to identify new prospects, gather contact information, and initiate targeted campaigns.
• Follow up on leads generated by marketing efforts, converting initial interest into sales-accepted leads.
• Communicate a compelling value proposition and secure qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Meticulously track all interactions and activities with prospects in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to strategically target accounts and build a robust pipeline.
• Achieve and surpass quarterly goals, including quotas for qualified leads and meetings.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, either over the phone or in person.
• Ability to effectively identify customer needs and qualify outbound sales leads.
• Engage in ongoing research to discover new leads and acquire contact information for targeted campaigns.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to partner and strategize with Account Executives to target prospect accounts and develop the pipeline.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Accountability for driving results and meeting quarterly quotas for qualified leads and meetings.
• Strong awareness of personal strengths and areas for improvement.
