This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Full understanding of policies and procedures for the onboarding of both new and existing merchants in POS and E-commerce sectors.
• Ensure all necessary documents (merchant agreements, trade licenses, passport copies, ID documents, MOA, Board resolutions, etc.) required for onboarding are submitted in accordance with the checklist.
• Confirm that all documents are thoroughly completed.
• Conduct all system-related checks and negative verifications.
• Identify exceptions and obtain compliance approval when necessary.
• Familiarity with general banking practices coupled with solid experience in merchant onboarding procedures and local regulations.
• 1-3 years of experience in the cards domain or multi-discipline banking.
• Strong communication abilities (both written and verbal), along with effective analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools, including MIS reporting and data analysis.
• Practical experience with any card management system.
