This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the complete end-to-end resolution of merchant inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner through the helpdesk.
• Ensure prompt responses and communication with merchants while providing appropriate updates.
• Facilitate effective coordination and resolution for all merchant inquiries, issues, requests, and requirements.
• Escalate and bring attention to any merchant complaint or issue that requires senior or management intervention.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures related to merchant management and the onboarding of acquiring merchants.
• Review daily MIS, Business MI, and productivity reports on a daily basis.
• Oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly communication regarding PJR and the settlement of merchant payments.
• Familiarity with general banking practices, along with substantial experience in merchant onboarding processes and local regulations.
• 1-3 years of experience in the cards domain or multi-discipline banking.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office tools, with experience in MIS reporting and analysis.
