This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist current programs to enhance company revenue and address customer-related contract challenges.
• Act as a liaison with Account Managers to proactively manage subscription opportunities and resolve issues that may affect their relationship with Workiva.
• Identify accounts that may be at risk and formulate strategies to mitigate those risks and achieve closure.
• Utilize insights gathered during the needs analysis phase to deliver a persuasive demonstration of the Workiva suite of products and services, fostering customer belief in the necessity of Workiva offerings.
• Naturally guide the renewal sales process to completion by understanding the competitive landscape and showcasing Workiva's superior value proposition.
• Review and verify installed base reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect information necessary for pursuing accounts for renewal.
• Maintain robust customer relationships to facilitate business growth.
• Regularly and promptly update customer relationship management tools.
• Provide consistent and accurate forward-looking information through pipeline analysis.
• Strategically plan and execute sales actions to finalize sales and maximize profits.
• Prioritize selling activities and ensure timely follow-through.
• Maintain regular communication with a base of accounts that have the potential to increase subscriptions or XBRL services.
• High school/secondary school diploma.
• One year of relevant experience in SaaS sales or renewals.
• Associate’s degree.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Fundamental knowledge of the Software as a Service business model.
• Capacity to work from home and be self-motivated; capable of scheduling own appointments.
• Exceptional time management and territory management abilities.
• Force Management training is an advantage.
• On Target Earnings (OTE) range in the US: 76,000.00 - 114,000.00 USD annually.
• Eligible for commission based on sales performance.
• Restricted Stock Units awarded at the time of hire.
