This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assess customer health risks within your install base, emphasizing usage, adoption, and friction points.
• Manage the renewal lifecycle from early identification of risks to the execution of contracts.
• Facilitate renewal and commercial discussions, including negotiation and documentation of results.
• Interact with customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings, ensuring clear and outcome-oriented communication.
• Assist customers in understanding how HubSpot usage, configuration, and contract terms align with their business objectives.
• Identify customer challenges and deliver structured, actionable recommendations to enhance adoption and value realization.
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, Quote-to-Cash (QTC), and GTM teams to escalate issues and ensure resolution follow-up.
• Utilize HubSpot tools, systems, and AI-powered workflows to efficiently manage a high-volume portfolio.
• Keep accurate records of customer health signals, engagement history, and renewal readiness data within HubSpot systems.
• Proficient in Quebec French.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Contract Management, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS position.
• Comfortable leading discussions with customers regarding renewals, negotiations, or complex subjects.
• Capable of diagnosing customer goals and challenges while providing clear, structured recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in discussions related to renewals and contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable interpreting usage, adoption, and customer health metrics to inform prioritization.
• Quick learner of software and adept at coaching customers for effective product adoption.
• The cash compensation package includes a base salary, on-target commission, and annual bonus opportunities.
• Eligible positions may take part in HubSpot's equity plan.
• Some roles could qualify for overtime pay.
