This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver ongoing training, development, and leadership to colleagues in service and repair.
• Oversee the quality of all field operations related to service and repair within the operating area, ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources to meet customer demands.
• Investigate and address all critical customer concerns.
• Promote the use of digital tools and applications for our service team.
• Facilitate process workshops and ensure compliance with service procedures.
• Supervise field tests, first inspections, and data reporting.
• Consult with service managers regarding challenges faced in service performance.
• Evaluate patterns of improvement opportunities and devise solutions to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of service projects.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the elevator industry is required.
• Management experience is necessary.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building relationships and establishing clear expectations with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-driven individual capable of handling multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a technical environment with proficiency in Microsoft-based software.
• Exhibits strong leadership qualities, a goal-oriented mindset, and excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
