This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement a dynamic and effective sourcing strategy to attract top-tier talent.
• Perform intricate internet searches utilizing various search engines, social platforms, direct/cold calls, networks, directories, and recruitment tools and databases.
• Develop and sustain a network of candidates through thorough market research and continuous relationship management.
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates based on client position requirements and organizational culture alignment.
• Present qualified candidates for open roles, addressing any objections encountered during the process.
• Update and manage administrative tasks such as data entry in the applicant tracking system and generating reports.
• Foster strong relationships and ensure candidate satisfaction along with the satisfaction of supported partners.
• Proven ability to effectively handle various aspects of recruiting, including extensive market research, cold calling, internet searches, and strategic sourcing techniques.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment driven by deadlines.
• Consistently meet and exceed performance expectations and goals, while incorporating feedback to achieve desired outcomes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in conveying complex ideas in an easily understandable manner.
• Competence in prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently, always considering the recruiting pipeline. Additionally, able to communicate pipeline status to others expertly.
• Strong client orientation and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Capable of executing recruitment strategies, including clear communication regarding RPO and client relationships.
• Willingness to embrace change and show flexibility when directions or priorities shift.
• Actively engages in the recruiting team and seeks opportunities to contribute meaningfully while promoting an environment of open collaboration.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including intermediate G Suite capabilities and a robust social media presence.
