Associate Recruitment Consultant, Bilingual Korean, Chinese, Japanese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates through various channels, including headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databases.

• Perform interviews with candidates, including screening, phone, virtual, and in-person formats.

• Oversee the complete interview process, facilitating communication between candidates and clients.

• Provide clients with guidance on hiring strategies and their talent acquisition requirements.

• Present and advocate for qualified candidates to clients.

• Offer positions to selected candidates and ensure successful placements.

• Develop and sustain client relationships through proactive business development.

• Market Cesna Group’s services to both new and existing clients.

• Negotiate business terms with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in internships related to sales or recruiting.

• A strategic thinker capable of performing well under pressure.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese is highly advantageous.

• An MBA is preferred.

• A strong passion for performance, achievement, and collaboration.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
