Associate Recruitment Consultant, Bilingual Korean

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• **Key Responsibilities**

• Identify candidates through headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databases

• Conduct interviews with candidates (screening, phone, virtual, and in-person)

• Oversee the complete interview process involving candidates and clients

• Provide guidance to clients on hiring strategies and talent acquisition needs

• Present and advocate for qualified candidates to clients

• Offer positions to selected candidates and finalize placements

• Develop and sustain client relationships through business development

• Market Cesna Group’s services to both new and existing clients

• Negotiate terms of business with clients
