Associate Recruitment Consultant, Bilingual Japanese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates using headhunting techniques, job boards, social media, and internal databases.

• Conduct interviews with candidates through various formats including screening, phone, virtual, and in-person.

• Oversee the complete interview process, facilitating communication between candidates and clients.

• Provide guidance to clients on hiring strategies and their talent acquisition requirements.

• Introduce and advocate for qualified candidates to clients.

• Offer positions to chosen candidates and finalize placements.

• Develop and sustain client relationships through business development efforts.

• Market Cesna Group’s services to both new and existing clients.

• Negotiate business terms with clients.

• Proven experience in sales or recruiting domains.

• A strategic thinker capable of performing well under pressure.

• Proficiency in English; Japanese language skills are highly preferred.

• An MBA is preferred.
