This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize and arrange interviews for various searches, ensuring that candidates and hiring managers are informed throughout the process.
• Foster a swift and engaging candidate experience from initial outreach to the offer stage.
• Identify top-tier talent and assist in developing robust pipelines under the supervision of the Recruiting Lead.
• Maintain our ATS with accuracy and cleanliness, ensuring clear and dependable reporting.
• Reconnect with strong candidates from previous searches and our applicant pool to cultivate a warm, ongoing community of candidates.
• Collaborate with the Recruiting Lead to understand our intake processes, assess cultural fit during interviews, and consistently elevate our standards.
• Assist in hiring cohorts to ensure that GTM and support teams can expand as scheduled.
• Progress towards managing full-cycle searches as you develop confidence and build trust.
• Bring a curious mindset and a focus on process improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance the speed, fairness, and efficiency of hiring.
• Advocate for an interview process that prioritizes an exceptional experience for both Arketa and candidates, regardless of the outcome.
• Recent graduate, OR possess up to one year of experience in sales, operations, or customer support.
• Truly passionate about embarking on a career in recruiting and eager to learn the entire process.
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage numerous tasks simultaneously without oversight.
• Strong, approachable communicator who effectively represents Arketa to candidates and hiring managers.
• Open to coaching and self-aware; quick to accept feedback and act upon it.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and a fast-paced environment; proactive rather than reactive.
• Able to excel in a remote work setting.
• An effective communicator: documentation is found in Slack, Notion, or other shared channels.
• Bonus: Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or as a recruiting coordinator (agency or in-house).
• Bonus: Familiarity with full-cycle or high-volume GTM recruiting (SDRs, AEs, support, or similar customer-facing roles).
• Bonus: AI enthusiast; experienced in using Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini beyond simple searches, creating frameworks and automations between tools.
• Bonus: Interest in candidate experience programs, surveys, or recruiting operations.
• Bonus: Curiosity about agentic automation, CRM re-engagement, or other methods to enhance efficiency.
• Bonus: Experience at or interest in working with a Seed, Series A, or B startup.
