This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support sourcing and onboarding initiatives for a diverse range of positions.
• Collaborate with both business units and candidates.
• Manage personal performance while understanding effective recruiting best practices.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth of the company by fulfilling the talent needs necessary to deliver outstanding patient care.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities paired with strong negotiation skills.
• Capability to devise and execute sourcing strategies for recruitment across various roles.
• Self-motivated and autonomous, demonstrating a proactive approach.
• Outstanding time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Understanding of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection, and candidate evaluation methods.
• Proven success in directly engaging passive candidates via phone or possessing relevant inside sales experience.
• Ambitious in achieving and exceeding performance goals, always seeking improvements to surpass targets.
• Competitive spirit with a strong desire to exceed established KPIs and be a leading performer.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases.
• At least two (2) years of relevant work experience is essential.
• Prior experience in Healthcare Recruiting is advantageous.
• High-speed internet connection is mandatory (satellite and 5G-based internet are not acceptable).
