This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Identify and attract professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and advanced search methods.

• Connect with candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

• Conduct organized screening discussions.

• Schedule interviews and oversee candidate communication.

• Investigate companies, roles, and talent markets.

• Create comprehensive candidate summaries and assist in producing high-quality shortlists.

• Develop talent pipelines for current and upcoming assignments.

• Acquire knowledge in AI sourcing tools, recruitment technology, and an ATS.

• Cultivate deep expertise in areas that align with your strengths.
