This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Support the attainment of sales targets within the designated region by effectively promoting Vyjuvek to pediatric dermatologists and other key stakeholders involved in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of DEB.
• Implement territory strategies aimed at market development, enhancing brand awareness, and identifying patients through suitable, HCP-driven initiatives.
• Educate healthcare professionals on the indications, usage, safety, and efficacy of Vyjuvek through both in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, and educational engagements.
• Efficiently prioritize and manage time, travel, activities, and resources to maximize access to academic and community-based healthcare professionals.
• Establish and sustain consultative sales relationships while ensuring consistent and professional communication with customers and prospects.
• Collaborate across functions with internal stakeholders and other commercial partners to facilitate access and coordination at care sites.
• Leverage data, insights, and CRM tools to identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and support informed execution within the territory.
• Create and execute a territory business plan that aligns with regional goals and launch objectives.
• Diligently manage company resources, including in-office education (IOE) budgets, promotional materials, and patient-facing content.
• Promote teamwork and proactive communication to ensure alignment and coordination with colleagues throughout the field organization.
• Exemplify Krystal’s corporate values by adhering to company policies, guidelines, and mission.
• Fulfill administrative responsibilities related to territory management, which include CRM documentation, expense reporting, business planning, and performance review.
• Attend national, regional, and local meetings and conferences as required.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Strong patient-first mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is required.
• At least 5+ years of relevant sales experience, including a minimum of 1+ year in pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience in specialty, hospital, or complex selling environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with complex reimbursement environments and multi-stakeholder selling models.
• Proven ability to build relationships, manage a territory, and consistently achieve strong performance against objectives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in both virtual and in-person contexts.
• Capacity to work independently in a high-travel role (≥75% overnight and regional travel).
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a dynamic setting.
• Must reside within or close to the assigned territory.
