Associate Quality Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute and monitor workflows for the creation, revision, and retirement of documents using the controlled document management system (CDOCS).

• Conduct impact analysis on controlled documents to support business requests and initiatives.

• Maintain accurate document metadata within CDOCS.

• Perform quality checks, editing, and proofreading of documents to ensure consistency and compliance.

• Oversee document workflows, alert stakeholders about pending tasks, and follow up to ensure timely completion.

• Assist during inspections and audits by gathering and organizing requested documents.

• Contribute to Amgen’s R&D Quality Management System through managed document workflows.

• Collaborate with various functions to streamline document approval processes and enhance inspection readiness activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of directly relevant experience OR an Associate’s degree with 6 months of directly related experience OR a Bachelor’s degree.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated capability in conducting quality control reviews.

• Familiarity with document control tools and industry best practices.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage document workflows effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
