Associate Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the Program Manager in establishing programs, maintaining their progress, and managing customer data and web pages.

• Assist in creating comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, resource distribution, and success metrics.

• Ensure that program websites are prepared for launch and address any readiness issues.

• Develop and manage program ClickUp spaces, including tasks, responsible parties, and deadlines.

• Set up programs within BCG's CRM and ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Collaborate with program partners regarding deliverables, schedules, and transitions.

• Aid in the management of customer data using Excel and BCG's CRM.

• Handle inquiries and engagement from program partners while upholding brand voice and responsiveness.

• Assist with regular updates to WordPress web pages.

• Identify and escalate operational risks, issues, dependencies, and decision-making points.

• Act as a liaison for internal teams and program partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in accordance with BCG's policies.

• Lead the resolution of complex disputes and policy exceptions.

• Prepare status reports, summaries, and straightforward registration forecasts.

• Enhance tracking workflows, risk checklists, and project guidelines.

• Maintain communication channels, manage stakeholder expectations, and align priorities across various teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in coordinating programs, projects, or operational activities.

• Familiarity with project management tools (such as ClickUp or similar) and CRM systems.

• Proficient spreadsheet skills, including managing customer data, analyzing registration figures, and tracking progress toward goals.

• Strong written communication skills for weekly updates and coordination with partners.

• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and programs at the same time.

• Detail-oriented, with a tendency to review work thoroughly before submission.

• Proactive in identifying and raising risks and pacing issues early on.

• Willingness to assist with customer data and routine web updates as required.

• Reliable home internet connection with a minimum speed of 50mbps up/10mbps down.

• WordPress experience is preferred.
