📋 Description

• Collaborate: Partner closely with Product Leadership, the Senior Product Operations Manager, Product Managers, and cross-functional business stakeholders to ensure that product initiatives are well understood, decisions are effectively communicated, and teams remain aligned on priorities, dependencies, and readiness.

• Facilitate: Assist in equipping product teams with the resources necessary to execute both routine and strategic tasks as efficiently as possible, by supporting essential processes, maintaining tools and workflows, and providing structure to how work is organized, reviewed, and tracked.

• Enhance: Promote ongoing, iterative improvements in team operations by identifying bottlenecks, minimizing time spent on non-essential product activities, and reinforcing the systems, governance, and operating rhythms that contribute to high-quality product outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in product operations, program management, project management, product management, or a related role, preferably within a technology or product-centered organization.

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is also considered acceptable.
