This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create materials for product launches and sales enablement (one-pagers, slide presentations, FAQs, email content) based on established messaging and clear guidance.
• Assist in the execution of the go-to-market strategy for the Inkwell launch and across the portfolio: ensure deliverables are progressing, monitor timelines, and manage the coordination necessary to keep launches on track.
• Engage with educators and district leaders.
• Conduct customer and win/loss interviews, collect customer narratives, and distill the information to enable actionable insights for the team.
• Maintain a competitive intelligence repository by monitoring the activities of other curriculum providers and ensuring this information is organized and up-to-date for the team.
• Write copy and messaging that reflects the perspectives of educators and district leaders, refined collaboratively with the team.
• One of the following: experience in classroom teaching, or 1–3 years in a sales, marketing, customer success, or go-to-market position within an education, edtech, or curriculum organization.
• A solid understanding of the K–12 curriculum market: including how districts assess, pilot, and adopt curriculum.
• Excellent and clear writing skills.
• Highly organized, dependable, and receptive to feedback.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and handle a variety of tasks within a small, collaborative team.
