Associate Product Manager III – Data Requests

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Vision and Strategy: Drive the comprehensive strategic vision of the user journey, ensuring that every initiative aligns with the Group's goals.

• Continuous Discovery: Engage in sessions with users and experts to uncover pain points and transform them into tangible product opportunities.

• Backlog and Roadmap Management: Convert insights into prioritized, thoroughly documented backlog items and roadmaps, balancing immediate value delivery with a long-term vision.

• AI-First Culture: Leverage generative AI to enhance the documentation process (PRDs/Stories), automate feedback synthesis, expedite data analysis, and identify areas where AI/ML can address user challenges.

• Metrics and Performance: Establish and monitor success indicators (North Star and Guardrail Metrics) to promote ongoing improvement and validate the ROI of initiatives.

• Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex environments, manage expectations, and transparently negotiate trade-offs with leadership and executive teams.

• Team Maturity: Proactively enhance processes, fostering team maturity through feedback and strategic involvement in OKR cycles.

• Crisis and Risk Management: Respond swiftly in product support, mitigate critical risks, and maintain user trust in the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid Product Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager at a Senior or Specialist level, with a proven history of working on high-criticality, strategically important, or high-transaction-volume products.

• Managing Complex Stakeholders: Capability to navigate political landscapes, negotiate challenging trade-offs with directors and executives, and influence decision-making without relying on hierarchy.

• Product and Agile Culture: Proficiency in rituals and frameworks (Discovery, JTBD, Value Delivery) combined with hands-on experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Data-Driven and ROI-Oriented: Ability to establish success metrics (North Star, Guardrail) and conduct structured analyses to support opportunity cost and return-on-investment decisions.

• Generative AI in Daily Work: Competence in utilizing AI tools in daily Product Management to achieve operational efficiency and automate processes (PRDs, syntheses, analyses).

• Assertive Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical contexts into actionable decisions for diverse audiences.

• Tooling: Expertise in initiative and product management tools such as Jira, Businessmap, and similar platforms.

• Restless and Adaptable Mindset: A profile that emphasizes flexibility to pivot based on new data and feedback, effectively managing uncertainty and ambiguous challenges.

• Data/Internal Platforms: Experience in developing Internal Developer Platforms or products targeting technical users and collaborators.

• Technical Data Perspective: Understanding of Big Data/Data Warehousing concepts and the ability to execute queries (SQL/Queries) to autonomously track metrics.

• Application of AI/ML: Technical insight to identify opportunities where Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence can be utilized to enhance the user journey.
