Associate Product Manager – Field Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish connections with business leaders across all functional areas to comprehend business goals and priorities.

• Gather requirements through interviews, document analysis, and descriptions of business processes.

• Facilitate communication between business and technology sectors to explore and/or create solutions.

• Create precise and comprehensive requirement specification documents, including process flow diagrams and use cases.

• Develop, implement, and document user acceptance testing procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of ten years of relevant experience as an IT Business Analyst.

• Demonstrated customer service abilities.

• Must possess advanced computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft software products.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills, active listening abilities, and great attention to detail.

• Familiarity with all facets of the Software Development Lifecycle; understanding of effective software development methodologies and best practices.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred.

• Relevant work experience in the mortgage industry and/or with a vendor management service company is advantageous.
