Associate Product Manager – Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of Core Banking and Payment products, focusing on features such as digital accounts, boleto issuance and settlement, transfers (PIX, TED, DOC), and relationship portals.

• Diagnose and propose structural improvements in current account and payment workflows, ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage the product backlog (both technical and functional), prioritizing requests from stakeholders and ensuring deliveries that have a direct impact on the business.

• Monitor product KPIs and metrics, using data to support decisions, identify optimization opportunities, and suggest new features.

• Collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners – Engineering, Data/BI, Compliance, Operations, banking partners, and regulators – to enable end-to-end solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager, focusing on Core Banking products, payments, financial APIs, or banking service infrastructure.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management.

• Strong analytical skills and expertise in data tools (Excel, SQL, etc.) to support decision-making.

• Prior knowledge of payment methods, digital accounts, reconciliation, settlement, and banking integrations will be considered a significant advantage.

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
