Associate Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of product strategy, planning roadmaps, and executing product launches from conception to completion.

• Oversee stakeholder priorities and expectations while acting as a subject matter expert.

• Handle and carry out daily project management tasks for products currently in development.

• Work closely with PMs, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to guarantee timely delivery of product features.

• Collaborate with go-to-market and client-facing teams to pinpoint essential value-add opportunities.

• Evaluate product data to extract insights for prioritization and optimization after release.

• Promote collaboration among various stakeholders to reach shared goals.

• Identify chances to improve efficiency in cross-functional processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product strategy, product management, strategic operations, or consulting.

• Strong critical thinking skills and a data-driven approach to navigating ambiguous and complex problems.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.

• High level of ownership with a proven ability to drive initiatives to completion with minimal supervision.

• Solid understanding of web development platforms, databases, and infrastructure.

• Experience with third-party software integrations is advantageous.

• Proficiency in SQL is a plus.

• Background in two-sided marketplaces is an advantage.
