Associate Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist in establishing product requirements and managing product roadmaps for data and AI solutions, with an emphasis on technical feasibility and scalability.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and deliver dependable analytics solutions.

• Engage with stakeholders across analytics, research, advertising sales, programming, and marketing to ensure product objectives align with business needs and user workflows.

• Facilitate feature and enhancement prioritization by weighing business impact against technical complexity.

• Validate delivered features through functionality testing, data quality verification, and ensuring achievement of success metrics.

• Identify opportunities to harness emerging AI technologies, automation, and data-driven methodologies.

• Stay updated on the latest tools, frameworks, and technological trends.

• Ensure that products adhere to NBCUniversal's data governance, privacy, and security standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 2 years of experience in product management, software development, or analytics, with a focus on creating and delivering technical solutions.

• Familiarity with modern data platforms and cloud technologies.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar programming languages.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.

• Capability to translate technical concepts into actionable requirements.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.

• Experience working closely with engineering teams.

• Willingness to learn and apply emerging AI and machine learning technologies.

• Experience or interest in media, entertainment, or advertising analytics is preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence is a plus.

• Basic understanding of user-centric design principles and accessibility standards is desirable.

• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, data models, or AI-driven applications is advantageous.
