Associate Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Serve as an Associate Product Manager in the Product & Design category.

• Utilize decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities in product management tasks.

• Deliver effective presentations to senior management and line/staff associates.

• Leverage Microsoft Office tools and conduct exploratory data analysis.

• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines.

• Contribute to H&R Block’s innovation in product and digital environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience through a combination of education and related work experience.

• Proven decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Effective presentation skills for audiences ranging from senior management to line/staff associates.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

• Experience in exploratory data analysis.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize work to meet critical deadlines.

• Certified Scrum Product Owner is preferred.

• Familiarity with formal product management methodologies is preferred.

• Knowledge of structured technology delivery/software development lifecycles is preferred.
