Associate Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Monitor and evaluate feature adoption, engagement, and retention metrics for OTR and core visibility products.

• Detect friction points and adoption gaps by analyzing usage data, conducting customer interviews, and utilizing feedback loops with Customer Success and Sales.

• Create and prioritize a backlog of focused product enhancements aimed at driving measurable improvements in customer loyalty.

• Assist in roadmap planning alongside senior PMs, offering well-founded prioritization recommendations.

• Work directly with product analytics platforms (Pendo, Mixpanel) and write SQL queries to independently investigate feature usage and customer behavior.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor adoption trends across various customer segments.

• Convert quantitative insights into clear product hypotheses and actionable backlog items.

• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams on instrumentation enhancements and event tracking.

• Engage in customer onboarding calls, QBRs, support escalations, and discovery sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of shipper workflows.

• Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify systemic product gaps and recurring issues.

• Advocate for the voice of the customer in internal planning and sprint reviews.

• Work collaboratively with Engineering and Design throughout scoping, development, and post-launch evaluations.

• Assist Product Marketing with onboarding materials, release notes, and adoption playbooks.

• Contribute to presales discussions and market requirement gathering alongside Solutions teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of product management or equivalent experience (BA/analyst roles in logistics tech are considered).

• Relevant experience in supply chain or logistics — you possess an understanding of shipper challenges, carrier dynamics, and the operational flow of freight.

• Ability to work hands-on with data: Proficient in SQL, familiar with analytics tools, and capable of constructing a data-driven narrative independently.

• Excellent customer engagement abilities — you have facilitated discovery calls, crafted user stories, and can effectively translate qualitative feedback into precise requirements.

• Proven experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to enhance PM workflows — synthesizing research, drafting PRDs, and generating insights rapidly.

• Willingness to work with significant overlap in US Central Time hours.
