Associate Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the strategy, development, and advancement of the product, ensuring its relevance, competitiveness, and sustainability.

• Lead the complete product lifecycle: discovery, definition, development, launch, and evolution.

• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, benchmarks, and internal data to generate insights and identify opportunities.

• Define vision, objectives, roadmap, and prioritization, aligning customer needs with the company's strategies.

• Identify the ideal and non-ideal customer profiles and competitive differentiators, creating a scalable growth and profitability strategy.

• Validate hypotheses through data, research, testing, and continuous experimentation.

• Map risks, requirements, and alignments with Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Credit, Collections, Marketing, Data, and Technology departments.

• Monitor product performance with a focus on financial indicators, satisfaction, conversion, engagement, delinquency, and journey success.

• Optimize the end-to-end journey, reducing friction and abandonment while maximizing conversion and experience.

• Proactively communicate, advocating for the product vision, negotiating priorities, and influencing internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in managing digital products or previous roles in analytical areas within the financial market/fintechs, such as Risk, Credit, Collections, Data, or Finance.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven orientation.

• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data extraction, analysis, and decision-making.

• Knowledge of credit products, collections, or the financial market.

• Ability to work collaboratively with Engineering, Risk, Business, and Operations teams.

• Clear and objective communication skills.
