Associate Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist in sourcing, procurement, and project implementation by overseeing purchase orders.

• Facilitate communication with suppliers and ensure timely deliveries.

• Keep sourcing data accurate and aid cross-functional project teams.

• Help with the closure of purchase orders and verify pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and terms.

• Track the status of purchase orders throughout the procurement process.

• Aid in the onboarding and qualification of suppliers.

• Create reports concerning open purchase orders, delayed deliveries, supplier performance, and expenditure analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or project support positions.

• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI.
