Associate Platform Professional Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Operate autonomously to deliver top-tier integration and delivery services to a diverse array of organizations and sectors.

• Serve as a reliable advisor, assisting customers in achieving advanced outcomes through the use of next-generation SIEM, log management, XDR, and SOAR capabilities.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer of Falcon LogScale NGSIEM to clients.

• Address technical inquiries and showcase Next-Gen SIEM functionalities.

• Create technical visions and roadmaps for Next-Gen SIEM tailored to customer needs.

• Implement Next-Gen SIEM within client environments in collaboration with Falcon engineers and cross-functional teams.

• Aid customers in exploring Falcon NG-SIEM capabilities and broadening their use cases.

• Provide prompt feedback from customers to CrowdStrike Product Management teams.

• Foster internal relationships and influence product improvements to meet customer demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with log management/SIEM solutions and SOAR in a Security Operations role, professional services consulting role, or a similar position.

• Familiarity with best practices related to log analysis, data onboarding, parsing, creating searches, dashboards, and reviewing alerts.

• Intermediate (3+ years) expertise in AWS, GCP, and Azure, including practical configuration of policies and application integrations.

• Intermediate (3+ years) knowledge of directory services, authentication, networking, data storage, and endpoint security.

• Proficiency in creating, interpreting, and modifying configuration, automation, and integration scripts using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, YAML, REST API, Go, Cribl, Postman, etc.

• Experience with an AI platform for developing integrations, synthesizing security data, and assisting in code reviews.

• Proven ability to create documentation and transfer deployment knowledge to customers and internal stakeholders.

• Experience in translating customer requirements and feedback into actionable insights for internal product and engineering teams.

• Occasional travel may be necessary (<25%).

• Strong problem-solving skills along with proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Demonstrated experience in utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, optimize workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business results.

• Bonus: Experience collaborating with pre-sales teams at an InfoSec software or services firm on technical scoping, requirement gathering, and post-sales transitions.

• Bonus: Recent (within the last 3 years) industry certifications from SANS, ISC2, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, or other Information Security organizations.

• Bonus: Long-term (minimum of 6 months) recent experience within a SOC analyzing and triaging security incidents using a SIEM, Log Management, and/or SOAR platform.

• Bonus: Extensive practical knowledge and integration experience with demonstrable use cases involving a generative AI platform.
