Associate – People Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain automated dashboards in Looker to monitor and communicate essential HR metrics (e.g., Quality of Hire, Attrition, Diversity, and Talent Pipeline).

• Construct and refine intricate SQL queries to extract, cleanse, and manipulate data from various internal databases and HRIS platforms.

• Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (COE) to advance beyond basic reporting. Formulate models that pinpoint flight risks, forecast future headcount requirements, and reveal factors contributing to high performance.

• Facilitate the comprehensive lifecycle of employee engagement and pulse surveys, conducting in-depth sentiment analysis to promote organizational transformation.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure that headcount planning and people strategies are aligned with BrowserStack’s growth objectives.

• Serve as a guardian of people data by auditing HR systems to maintain the highest standards of data integrity and security.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in an analytical position, with a concentration on People Analytics or Business Intelligence.

• Advanced SQL skills: Proficiency in crafting complex queries and managing relational databases is essential.

• Looker Expertise: Hands-on experience in constructing explores and dashboards within Looker.

• Spreadsheet Mastery: Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for rapid ad-hoc modeling.

• Knowledge of statistical modeling and regression analysis.

• A degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or Business Analytics).
