Associate – Payments and Digital Financial Services

📋 Description

• Oversees specific work streams within projects from initiation to completion.

• Supervises analysts assigned to work streams, including task distribution and quality assessment.

• Provides guidance and support to analysts regarding research strategies, methodologies, and the quality of deliverables.

• Assumes responsibility for work stream timelines, ensuring that milestones are achieved.

• Generates work stream deliverables that align with service line quality standards.

• Leads the development of proposals from inception to submission, ensuring compliance with service line standards.

• Manages proposal contributions, oversees timelines, and guarantees the quality of the final submission.

• Assists senior team members in business development through concept notes and client presentations.

• Cultivates an understanding of client requirements and aids in solution design.

• May act as the official manager for one or more analysts.

• Offers continuous mentorship and guidance to analysts.

• Conducts regular check-ins and supports the professional growth of analysts.

• Actively engages as a member of one or more working groups (Recruitment, Partnership, Communication, and PR).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, payments, or digital financial services (DFS).

• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
