This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Collaborate with designated accounts to ensure the fulfillment of annual Top-Line Sales objectives on a quarterly, semi-annual, and yearly basis.
• Work alongside retail partners and internal teams to create account strategies and shared plans that promote the success of Moen products.
• Recognize opportunities to deepen relationships and enhance product visibility within current accounts.
• Organize and support marketing and promotional efforts that enable retailers to effectively present Moen products.
• Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders in the accounts.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to formulate and monitor annual sales forecasts and communicate essential initiatives.
• Collect and disseminate insights regarding market trends, competitor actions, and customer experiences through store visits, sales data, and industry networking.
• Assist with key eCommerce initiatives for assigned accounts, including retail media, online marketplace coordination, content creation, and brand awareness.
• Act as a reliable link between customers and internal teams, providing insights that help shape future initiatives.
• Utilize financial awareness to identify opportunities that yield benefits for both Moen and its retail partners.
• Propose ideas for process enhancements and collaborative solutions to improve account support and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management, including a minimum of 2 years in national account management.
• Experience collaborating with retailers or etailers (preferably Walmart) and a solid understanding of the retail sales process.
• Proven experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyze sales data and create customer-facing presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze SKU-level sales performance, category trends, and competitive activities to support account planning and business decisions.
• Proven experience applying marketing, operational, and financial performance metrics to evaluate opportunities and support account strategies.
• Established ability to work with cross-functional teams and retail partners, manage multiple projects concurrently, and facilitate negotiations that lead to mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%, including overnight travel.
