Associate Measurement Lead, Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage the Reddit account through high-quality output and timely delivery.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Provide strategic advice to clients regarding their digital media campaigns.

• Conduct brand lift studies from inception to completion on the Reddit platform.

• Lead initial calls and facilitate the setup of new studies.

• Create surveys and conduct data analysis.

• Write comprehensive reports and present findings to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Formulate actionable recommendations based on data and research objectives.

• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure precision.

• Comply with project deadlines and deliver exceptional work through collaboration with sales and ad measurement teams.

• Initiate process improvements and proactively address challenges.

• Enhance understanding of media platform capabilities and expertise in advertiser verticals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in advertising research or measurement.

• Familiarity with experimentation and a basic understanding of the underlying statistical methods.

• More than 1 year of experience in client-facing positions.

• Proven success in managing client interactions.

• Basic knowledge of digital advertising principles and practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail along with effective process and time management abilities.

• Capability to prioritize and meet multiple competing deadlines.

• Ability to work collaboratively across various functions.

• A natural curiosity, proactive attitude, and initiative-taking ability.

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in marketing, business administration, economics, statistics, mathematics, social sciences, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.

• Capability to learn and master other business tools as needed.

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

• Previous project management experience is preferred.
