This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Implement Canadian marketing strategies through consumer-focused activations and product launches.
• Assist with localized Canadian media relations, product distribution, local content opportunities, and ad placement execution.
• Track and report on Canadian market trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape.
• Lead trade marketing initiatives, visual merchandising, window displays, and in-store presence at Canadian retail partners.
• Organize and provide product and brand training for retail professionals.
• Enhance sell-through via localized retail activations and manage shop professional incentive programs.
• Oversee and implement the Canadian Rep Rider program alongside Sales Force leaders.
• Plan and execute resort partnerships, consumer trial initiatives, trade events, consumer activations, and launch events.
• Collaborate on the production and management of the Quality Ski Time Film Tour and other brand-owned events across North America.
• Scout and manage Canadian ambassadors, junior athletes, and key opinion leaders, particularly in the freeride community.
• Coordinate product distribution, asset collection, and ROI assessments for local ambassadors.
• Establish relationships with local ski clubs, freeride organizations, and regional resorts.
• Communicate product initiatives and launches to athletes and key opinion leaders.
• Facilitate athlete event production and participation.
• Track and manage budgets related to local sports marketing and trade marketing.
• Generate reports on brand events, athletes, and ambassadors.
• 3–5 years of hands-on marketing and execution experience in the outdoor, action sports, or Alpine Ski sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, remain highly motivated, and maintain discipline in a fully remote, office-free setting.
• Proven experience in executing marketing strategies across retail, events, and community engagement.
• Strong understanding of retail marketing and in-store merchandising principles.
• Capability to conduct professional product training for retail personnel.
• Strong personal or professional ties to the Canadian ski community, particularly within the freeride scene.
• Skilled in identifying relevant talent and key opinion leaders.
• Experience in ski tuning and ski mounting is mandatory.
• Boot fitting experience is advantageous.
• Highly organized and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple event timelines and retail activations concurrently.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel regionally for on-snow activations and to support retail partners.
• Capability to lift up to 30 pounds, with or without accommodations.
• Valid state-issued Driver’s License and ability to drive.
