This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to devise tailored marketing strategies that align with program goals and objectives.
• Create project briefs for various creative initiatives.
• Assist in project intake processes, manage timelines, provide task updates, and oversee overall project management.
• Utilize project management software to manage projects and work together on timelines and deliverables.
• Partner with copywriters, designers, learning experience designers, and web developers in developing strategies.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of program goals and objectives to ensure marketing strategies support their achievement.
• Work alongside the Marketing Manager to comprehend and manage the budget effectively.
• Gather technical and background information, as well as content from the program side.
• Act as the primary reviewer for creative projects, ensuring adherence to client brand standards and requirements.
• Organize reviews with both internal and external clients.
• Deliver customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Handle email correspondence, develop meeting agendas, take notes, and lead meetings as required.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Must reside in Utah or Idaho.
• Bachelor’s degree (or considerable coursework completed) in marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Three to five years of marketing experience, encompassing project management, plan development, and client relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and programs across various locations.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, notably Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Basic understanding of Adobe software, Zoom, and project management tools is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven knowledge and experience with utility incentive programs.
• Experience in the energy conservation sector and/or utility incentive programs is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in a virtual work environment is desirable but not essential.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a solid grasp of processes, numbers, and calculations.
• Capable of critical thinking with outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
