This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Take ownership of the entire hiring process for designated roles, from initial intake to final closure.
• Create talent pipelines from the ground up through direct sourcing, referrals, and focused outreach efforts.
• Influence hiring decisions based on clear indicators rather than solely on interview feedback.
• Ensure the hiring process remains efficient by eliminating delays, pursuing feedback, and securing candidate closures.
• Revamp interview questions, scorecards, and assessments to elevate the hiring standards.
• Enhance recruitment processes to boost speed, quality, and uniformity in hiring practices.
• Strengthen employer branding through effective content creation, messaging, and an exceptional candidate experience.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, whether in-house or through an agency.
• A successful history of filling positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional sourcing skills that enable the development of pipelines without depending on inbound candidates.
• Strong judgment to recognize high-quality candidates beyond their resumes.
• Capability to handle multiple roles efficiently and consistently.
• Openness to challenge and refine existing processes for improvement.
• Clear and direct communication with both hiring managers and candidates.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and meeting high expectations.
