Associate Manager, Employee Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate employee relations investigations spanning various regions.

• Execute HR investigations for a substantial portfolio of cases.

• Communicate and provide updates on investigation statuses to pertinent managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).

• Offer recommendations to HRBPs and leadership concerning investigations.

• Evaluate trends in HR investigations and employee relations data.

• Collaborate with HR to implement necessary enhancements.

• Address reported breaches of policies and standards of conduct.

• Create and present training sessions for managers and HRBPs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or over 6 years of relevant experience.

• At least 6 years of professional experience.

• Bilingual with fluency in both spoken and written Spanish.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business-facing HR, HR Centers of Excellence (COE), HR Operations, or related roles.

• At least 1 year of pertinent investigation experience.

• Bilingual in Portuguese is preferred.
