This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Take ownership of the complete campaign production process for Email and loyalty program communications, which includes building, testing, quality assurance, and deploying campaigns using Bloomreach (ESP).
• Collaborate with the Director of CRM and Loyalty to create and maintain the integrated campaign marketing calendar, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment across various channels.
• Design and update email mock-ups in Figma to align with campaign structure, promotional strategies, and audience segmentation.
• Facilitate the weekly Wall Walk meeting to ensure alignment in execution and finalize email mock-ups for the team, optimizing the campaign flow throughout any given week and supporting the commercial plan for maximum customer experience.
• Oversee the assignment of Subject Lines and Preheaders received from Creative Services, ensuring effective messaging that enhances open rates and call-to-action clarity while avoiding duplication.
• Create email mock-ups for executive review associated with key promotional events.
• Code HTML emails as necessary for customization, personalization, and layout implementation.
• Manage the collection and handoff of creative assets to ensure timely delivery and efficient production of files.
• Collaborate with the Site team to implement an effective email linking strategy.
• Identify and suggest opportunities for streamlining production processes and operations through automation and AI.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in email marketing, campaign production, or CRM execution, ideally within an eCommerce or DTC context.
• Hands-on experience with an email service provider, with a strong preference for Bloomreach experience.
• Preference for candidates with SMS campaign execution experience; familiarity with Attentive is a plus.
• Proficient in HTML and CSS is preferred.
• Experience using Figma or similar design mock-up tools is necessary.
• Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or other segmentation tools is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the capacity to prioritize projects effectively to meet deadlines.
• Excellent project management and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with analytical tools and the ability to interpret KPIs to inform program recommendations.
• A solid understanding of email best practices and a strong knowledge of CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and GDPR compliance.
