Associate M&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overseeing distinct phases of the M&A process

• Creating investment teasers and information memoranda

• Crafting customized, actionable M&A strategies in collaboration with investors and companies

• Developing business plan models, performing company valuations, and integrating financial models

• Compiling decision documents and presenting them internally as well as to clients

• Assisting business development efforts through research and pitch preparation

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field

• Background in Corporate Finance, preferably at an M&A boutique or within investment banking

• Exceptionally strong analytical and conceptual capabilities

• Proficient communication skills in both German and English

• Advanced MS Office proficiency (especially in PowerPoint and Excel)

• High level of personal accountability and motivation; enjoys collaborating in small teams
