This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Achieving sales targets
• Conducting negotiations in line with Dyson's annual strategy and objectives with retail headquarters
• Regularly agreeing on, updating, and managing all aspects of promotional plans
• Supporting accurate 12-month performance forecasting by understanding market analysis, promotions, seasonality, distribution changes, new products, and competitor information
• Sharing timely and accurate information regularly between headquarters and store representatives to ensure high-quality sales activities in stores
• Over 3 years of sales experience
• Experience working with client headquarters
• Proven track record in budget creation and management
• Practical knowledge of the retail or home appliance industry
• Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written (English is a plus)
• Leading friendly commercial transactions between Dyson and clients
• Ensuring successful negotiations are conducted
• Achieving sales targets
• Assisting in the management of profit budgets in line with sales forecasts and promotional activities
• Maximizing sales both in-store and online
