• Identify, gather, and organize information according to project requirements
• Develop storyboards and produce error-free instructional content in various formats
• Conduct testing and debugging of deliverables to ensure quality assurance
• Collaborate with both internal and external subject matter experts
• Familiarity with standard eLearning development tools and software
• Proactively update client groups and management on task and project progress
• Review and refine materials to meet established THD quality standards
• Must be at least eighteen years old
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred (or equivalent experience at Home Depot)
• Background in education or the learning sector, or similar relevant experience
• Experience in developing training materials for retail organizations
• Basic understanding of instructional design and adult learning theories
• Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office
• Basic familiarity with standard eLearning development tools
