This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive sales performance within the designated area by utilizing solution selling, effective territory management, Zoetis resources, organizational connections, and continuous professional development.
• Achieve and surpass overall sales targets and key growth product quotas.
• Introduce new product and service offerings to the market.
• Manage a diverse portfolio to fulfill territory and business requirements.
• Enhance technical expertise, communication skills, and veterinary practice knowledge.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted hospitals and their personnel.
• Engage with customers in alignment with Zoetis promotional standards.
• Employ consultative selling techniques to educate clients about their industry and align their business needs with Zoetis solutions.
• Meet departmental KPI objectives for customer engagement and utilization of Zoetis tools and technologies.
• Formulate and implement annual Territory Business Plans.
• Set and achieve SMART goals across the Zoetis portfolio.
• Leverage samples, educational resources, events, and other Zoetis tools to optimize ROI.
• Utilize the Customer Relationship Management system to pinpoint account growth opportunities.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with the Inside and Digital Sales Manager.
• Modify strategies, tactics, and investments to enhance territory performance.
• Collaborate with Zoetis colleagues, internal stakeholders, and external clients through both in-person and virtual platforms.
• Complete Zoetis product and industry Learning and Development curriculum.
• Develop an annual Individual Development Plan and integrate feedback.
• An associate degree is required.
• A bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is preferred.
• Experience in Animal Health and knowledge of veterinary medicine is preferred.
• Proven success in previous roles, including the ability to creatively identify opportunities or resolve issues to enhance sales performance.
• Capability to navigate highly dynamic, complex, and constantly evolving environments.
• Proficiency in using analytics and insights for decision-making and tactical implementation.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage assigned expense budgets effectively.
• Skills in strategic selling.

• Proficient in articulating complex concepts in a concise manner.
