This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
• Provide direct support for the successful implementation of Foundant software solutions for new clients through effective collaboration, teamwork, and client engagement.
• Cultivate and maintain in-depth knowledge of Foundant software products.
• Offer clients insights into best practices within the nonprofit sector.
• Educate new clients on how to effectively utilize Foundant software products.
• Assist new clients in configuring their Foundant software products to ensure optimal business process workflows that maximize value.
• Maintain clear communication across all levels of client interaction to facilitate proactive, solution-focused problem identification and resolution.
• Follow up on tasks and projects that arise from client engagements.
• Aid in the migration of clients’ historical data from various sources into Foundant software.
• Provide clients with guidance on best practices for using Foundant’s solutions to enhance their constituency management functions.
• Assist clients in identifying and leveraging features within Foundant’s solutions to achieve their community impact and engagement goals with all constituent audiences.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of one year of experience in philanthropy (such as grantmaking, scholarship management, fund accounting, or donor relations) OR in client and/or customer service within a SaaS company or related industry.
• Ability to recognize and adapt training methods to suit client learning preferences.
• Strong technical skills and the capacity to learn software applications and analyze data.
• A commitment to exceptional client satisfaction.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in meeting both internal and external customer requirements.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong time management abilities to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in adapting to change within a fast-growing environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 10%).
• Proven experience with Microsoft Excel.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous philanthropic experience is preferred but not required.
