This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
• Provide direct support for the effective end-to-end implementation of Foundant software solutions for new clients through teamwork, collaboration, and client engagement.
• Cultivate and sustain an expert understanding of Foundant software products.
• Offer clients insights regarding practices in the nonprofit sector.
• Assist fellow Delivery team members internally to propel implementations forward, exchange best practices, address unique client workflows, and cover team member responsibilities as required.
• Train a select portfolio of new clients on how to effectively utilize Foundant software products.
• Aid new clients in configuring their Foundant software products, ensuring the implementation of the most efficient business process workflows to deliver maximum business value.
• Maintain robust communication across all levels of client interaction to facilitate proactive, solution-oriented problem identification and resolution.
• Follow up on tasks and projects stemming from client interactions.
• Utilize software and project management tools to work effectively, promptly, and thoroughly, documenting and sharing essential information with colleagues and the business, tracking time logs, and updating implementation project progress.
• Advise clients on best practices for using Foundant’s solutions to enhance their grant and scholarship cycle workflows.
• Engage with the philanthropic and/or SaaS sectors to remain informed about emerging trends and critical needs of Foundant clients.
• Collaborate with clients and Data Migration Specialists to evaluate any custom data migration requirements, possibilities, and limitations related to the client’s grant or scholarship workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• A minimum of one year of experience in philanthropy (including grantmaking, scholarship making, fund accounting, or donor relations) or in client and/or customer service within a SaaS company or related industry.
• Ability to recognize and adapt training to align with client learning styles.
• Strong technical aptitude and capacity to learn software applications and analyze data.
• A client satisfaction-driven approach with exceptional service orientation.
• High attention to detail for accuracy in meeting both internal and external customer requirements.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent time management abilities to manage multiple concurrent tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience adapting to change in a fast-growing environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 10%).
• Proven experience with Microsoft Excel.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous philanthropic experience is preferred but not required.
