This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Addresses fundamental or tier 1 inquiries related to payments and accounts, including but not limited to card activations, payment processing, and updates to cardholders' names and addresses for assigned company clients.
• Utilizes standardized or scripted replies by employing user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems along with established documentation and procedures.
• Inputs necessary data into systems and databases provided by clients.
• Identifies basic causes of customer issues using a client-provided decision tree, escalating unresolved inquiries and concerns to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or relevant departments for further investigation and resolution.
• Starts to develop foundational knowledge and familiarity with products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients, as well as understanding association guidelines and compliance by frequently consulting online manuals and specific client training essential for addressing cardholder inquiries.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Typically, No Relevant Experience Required.
• A remote office internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 15Mbps is necessary.
