This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Assist Workforce & Performance Business Partners in implementing workforce initiatives and managing daily business operations throughout the organization.
• Plan and oversee the execution of organizational modifications, restructures, employee transitions, and other workforce-related activities.
• Collaborate with Workforce & Performance Centers of Excellence to ensure processes are coordinated and executed accurately and efficiently.
• Generate internal offer letters and facilitate internal movement processes, which include promotions, transfers, and compensation-related adjustments.
• Support compensation evaluations, job changes, and related documentation in collaboration with business leaders and compensation stakeholders.
• Compose and coordinate internal communications regarding workforce changes, organizational updates, and business initiatives.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Workforce & Performance Operations, and Employee Relations to ensure cohesive execution of workforce processes and employee issues—lead workforce pods that provide tailored execution for internal clients.
• Identify opportunities to enhance, simplify, and optimize business processes in conjunction with HR Operations.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools, automation, and emerging agentic capabilities to boost efficiency, minimize manual tasks, and ensure consistent execution of workforce processes.
• Assist in the execution of workforce processes in an environment where work is increasingly conducted across people, systems, and agentic capabilities.
• Aid in the coordination and administration related to offshore workforce management and associated processes.
• Maintain a strong focus on detail and confidentiality while handling employee information, organizational changes, and sensitive business matters.
• Contribute to the preparation of materials, analyses, and documentation utilized in workforce planning and leadership discussions.
• Use data to extract actionable insights that support informed decision-making.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is required.
• A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
• SHRM or HRCI HR certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience in Human Resources, particularly in HR Business Partner or HR Operations roles that support business outcomes.
• Practical experience with employee lifecycle support, HR operations, or business-facing HR activities.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and polished internal communications.
• Capacity to work across functions and effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• High level of discretion and the ability to appropriately manage confidential information.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in using HR systems, Microsoft Office tools, and emerging AI-enabled and automation tools to enhance work processes.
