Associate General Counsel – Healthtech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner throughout Stedi by leveraging legal expertise.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Legal to address all of Stedi's legal requirements.

• Manage customer contracts from initial redline to final signature.

• Accelerate the closing of payer trading partner agreements.

• Act as Product Counsel for engineers and product managers.

• Enhance, broaden, and automate playbooks and workflows.

• Must be a bar-admitted attorney.

• Experience in healthcare, either through BigLaw or in-house roles.

• Capable of articulating complex issues in straightforward language.

• Excellent writing and communication skills.

• Ability to manage high-volume work with changing priorities.

• Proficient in thriving in uncertain situations and designing scalable processes.

• Strong business acumen to combine legal precision with strategic influence.

• Demonstrates resourcefulness and professionalism.
