Associate, Finance Shared Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Support the L3Harris Global Business Services vendor master data governance team by reviewing vendor data change requests for accuracy and completeness.

• Assist in implementing changes to the vendor master data system.

• Ensure that vendor data change requests submitted by buyers, vendors, and other sources are thorough and precise.

• Investigate and rectify discrepancies in vendor master records.

• Engage in projects aimed at enhancing vendor payments via ACH from L3Harris.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Analytics, or have completed a Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months.

• Familiarity and/or experience with data analytics.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Capable of schedule development and tracking.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience with financial systems, including SAP and/or PeopleSoft, is preferred.

• Quick learner with an ability to adapt efficiently.

• Outstanding follow-through skills.
